Anish Mehta
Chief Executive Officer

Anish has had career-long record of success in the areas of SaaS business change and transformation.
He has carved a niche in helping organisations drive genuine user adoption. His depth of knowledge on SaaS implementations means he really understands the impacts these programmes have on end users; this allows him to prepare and support organisations to manage the change effectively.
Over the past 20 years, Anish has led multiple global transformation programmes, influencing stakeholders at all levels. He has consulted across multiple industries, with every major Saas Product and circumstance.
Ankit Shah
Director – ERP Transformation

He will work our clients to develop an approach that works for them and can operate at all levels within the clients organisation and is equally comfortable managing a change network across the organisation to working with the C-Suite.
Ankit has refined his craft, working on multiple large-scale / global transformation programmes ranging from SaaS implementations, Target Operating Model (TOM), business change, separations, M&A’s and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).
Sally Fitzgibbon
Capability Lead: Training
Sally has over 2 decades of training consulting experience in management, development and delivery.
She has worked with clients across public and private sectors to address training, training needs analysis, and training implementation requirements. Possessing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of business change and learning along with the requirements to create an effective adoption of transformational change.

Yaa’s 20 year career has span many industries from working in Corporate Finance in of the ‘big four’ advisory firms to advising public sector, TMT (telecoms, media, technology) and other FTSE 250 clients on their Transformational Programmes for effectiveness and efficiency.
She is driven by cutting edge technology and the impact it has in everyday life and believes the heart to success is working, understanding and helping the client on their change journey to adopt technology.
Stuart Wilde MBE
Capability Lead: Benefits Management
Stuart is an experienced Benefits Manager that has worked across numerous programmes, supporting leaders to accurately identify, track and realise the benefits associated to large-scale SaaS implementations.
Stuart strives to educate stakeholders and build a Benefits Realisation capability inside the organisation so it can sustain itself, learning from lessons to improve performance. He works at pace to drive tangible results and is a strategic asset in any programme.
Tariq Fardare
Capability Lead: Functional Configuration
Tariq is a SaaS systems specialist, capable of operating effectively within highly complex organisations and projects. 13+ years of extensive experience and expertise in the management, configuration, & deployment of HR Information Systems (including SAP Success Factors) and integration points, across multiple countries, customised to business needs. Proficient in systemising business processes and leading data migration.
